Koh Rong, Island Escape

Day 1  Phnom Penh Arrival, travel to Sihanoukville and take the ferry to Koh Rong Island
Upon arrival on flight, you will be met by your guide at the airport and transfer to your car going to Sihanoukville.  From Sihanoukville port you will take the ferry going to Koh Rong Island, it will take around 45 minutes to reach to the island and proceed to your hotel for check in.
The rest of the day is at your leisure to relax, enjoy your hotel’s facilities, and explore the city.

Day 2 Explore Koh Rong
Breakfast at hotel. Meet your guide at the hotel lobby and get ready for the whole day adventure;

• Kayak at the mangrove forest
• Rent a motorbike and drive the island
• Hike to a waterfall
• Take a boat trip around the island
• Swim with bioluminescent plankton

In the evening, dinner is serve at the hotel’s restaurant.  Enjoy a mix of local Cambodian dishes and international cuisine, catering to a variety of tastes.

Day 3 Island Hoping – Koh Rong Samloem
Breakfast at the hotel.  Prepare for the whole day Island hopping to Koh Rong Samloem, private boat will take you the to the island.  Things to do in Koh Rong Samloem:

• Swim in the Waterfall, Saracen Bay Waterfall in Koh Rong Samloem is a spectacular waterfall at the northern end of the namesake bay, near the main pier. The pool at the bottom of the waterfall is perfect for cooling off on a scorching Cambodian day.
• Visit Lazy Beach, A 40-minute walk through the jungle trail. Voted as one of the ‘Top 21 Beaches in the World ‘by The National Geographic, the views on this side of Koh Rong Samloem are truly mesmerizing, and if you spend one night at the resort there, you can see the breathtaking sunset.
• Snorkel and Scuba Dive, take full advantage of the wonderful marine life. Here, amongst the rocks, is the best collection of coral, fish, and vegetation. Apparently even a very small shark likes to swim around these areas.
• Visit the Lighthouse, built by the French to signal the ships when Koh Rong Samloem island served as a prominent port. It is a popular hiking spot among the tourists visiting Koh Rong Sanloem for its viewpoints offering beautiful bird views of the coast of the Gulf of Thailand. It is a long but easy hike with clear trails to reach the Lighthouse, and it is worth visiting the place.

Dinner at restaurant which offers and showcase the local ingredients and traditional flavors and the pride itself on using freshly seafood , caught daily from the surrounding waters. You can enjoy also the breathtaking views of the turquoise waters and golden sands, creating a perfect backdrop for your meal.

Day 4 Koh Rong Departure
Breakfast at the hotel.  Prepare for your hotel check out and travel back to Phnom Penh by your private car.
